What happens when someone ?steals? my creation?
Those situations are very rare, due to our very strict rules and precautions for source files limited access (only the designer and administration can access them - a contest holder or a client can only access them when he/she buys the creation and the money is on the user?s account) Preview files are protected with a watermark to protect the work.
However, plagiarism might happen, someone patterning his/her work on your preview files. We do not bear any responsibility for those situations, however, if you decide to push for legal proceedings against perpetrator, we will help you as much as we can (we will give you all necessary information about the work for your creation?s originality authentication purposes).
If someone submits a creation, which according to you is a plagiarism, let us know as soon as possible ( you can report an abuse). We treat each suspicions very seriously - we will deal with it straight away!
